FAQ 

Q: How long until my order is shipped out? 

A: Anywhere from 1-5 weeks. Processing time varies so sometimes the full estimated 5 weeks may be required to process your order :) If you want your order to be shipped out sooner, you can purchase the “Rush My Order” listing for guaranteed 1-2 day processing 💕 Please keep in mind that I am also a full time college student and have a high order volume so I am doing my best to balance everything ⸜(。˃ ᵕ ˂ )⸝♡

Q: Do you offer free shipping? 

A: For order $150 or over, you get automatic free shipping or use the code FREESHIP during checkout! Free shipping only available within the United States

Q: Can I add things to my order even after I checked out?

A: Yes! If you want to add more items onto an existing order, you can use the code ADDON during checkout. This will allow you to add items to your order without having to pay for shipping again. Everything will be shipped together in the same box. If code is used on an order without an existing order, I will reach out to arrange payment for shipping or cancel the order. 

Q: I already made an order, can I still add on Rushed Shipping?

A: Yes! The "Rush My Shipping" can be purchased at any point. Your order will be dropped off within 1-2 days of the listing being purchased. 

Q: I have not received a tracking number. Where can I find that? 

A: You should receive an email with tracking information once your order has been dropped off (within that 1-5 weeks)! Check your spam folder in case it went there. You can also reach out to me and I can resend the email!

Q: How long until my order is delivered?

A: After your order is dropped off at the post office, you will be provided a tracking number. Allow up to 24 hours for shipping information to be updated by post office. Gaias Wellness does not have any control over shipping times once the package is in the hands of a shipping company. Generally, shipping times vary from 2-14 days (within the U.S.) depending on your location. For out of country orders, delivery time may vary from 1-6 weeks

Q: Do you take payment plans?

A: Yes! I offer Shop Pay, Paypal payment plans, Afterpay, and Affirm

Q: Can I cancel/return my order?

A: Your order is only eligible for cancelation/refund before it is sent out. After the order is processed and sent out, it can no longer be canceled or returned. 

Q: I have a question, how do I contact you?

A: Click the 3 bars towards the top of the page and you will see "contact" :) Fill out the form and ask away! 

Q: What if I entered my shipping address wrong?

A: Message me so I can fix the shipping before I send it out. If the package has already been shipped out with the wrong address, it will be returned to Gaias Wellness. It is the responsibility of the customer to repay the shipping fee to have it redelivered.

Q: Where are you located?

A: I ship from Los Angeles, California 

Q: What if my crystal arrives broken? 

A: All pieces are packaged with care and caution. Gaia's Wellness is not responsible for any lost, misplaced, stolen, or damaged packages as after it is dropped off, it is the responsibility of the shipping company. Please contact USPS to start a claim.

Q: Do you ship outside of the United States?

A: Yes! International shipping starts at $20 and increases based on weight and distance. Please message me if you would like to receive a shipping quote. If you do not see your country listed during check out, please reach out through my contact form and I will add your country to our ship list. Shipping outside of the U.S. is significantly higher due to external economic factors. Gaia's Wellness is not responsible for the difference in international shipping rates.

Q: What is an Open Box?

A: An open box means you pay for your pieces now and then I will hold onto them for you until you decide to have them shipped out. You will not have to pay for shipping until you are ready to close your order. In the case that your ending total is over $150, you will receive free shipping! In short, its a great way to save on shipping costs and add items from various restocks! Use code OPENBOX during checkout to indicate you would like this option. When you are ready to close your box, please either leave a note during checkout or email me. 

 

Livesale FAQ

Q: How does this whole thing work? 
A: On my TikTok live I show off new pieces that are for sale. If you are a new customer, you will need to pay the $10 deposit before claiming. Each piece has a number on a sticker which is the price. If there is an item you want, you type in the chat "claim + (insert #)". The first person on my screen to say claim gets the item. After the live ends, I will upload a listing under your TikTok username including a picture of your pieces and a description. You'll have 24 hours to checkout (so by Sunday night). 

Q: Where do I find my listing?

A: There will be a section on my site listed as "livesale listings" and your pieces will be labeled under your TikTok username. 

Q: What time is your livesale? 

A: 4pm till 10pm PST on both Friday and Saturday!

Q: What's a livesale deposit? 
A: A livesale deposit is a payment of $10 for new customers claiming items on my live! You will have to pay the $10 deposit before you're allowed to claim any other items. The $10 goes straight to you order and will be deducted from your total basket price. (ex: the items you claimed are $100, so at checkout you only need to pay $90 since you paid the $10 earlier). This is a 1 time fee for new customers to deter ghosters 💕 There are no refunds on this transaction 

Q: What's an open basket?
A: An open basket means you pay for your pieces now and then I will hold onto them till my next livesale. You will not have to pay for shipping until you are ready to close your order. In the case that your ending total is over $150, you will receive free shipping! In short, its a great way to save on shipping costs! Q: How much is shipping?
A: Shipping ranges anywhere from $5-$10 depending on the weight of your items. Orders $150+ receive free shipping using code FREESHIP

Q: Can I put items I don't want anymore back? 
A: I allow 1 put back! Claiming items and then putting them back can be damaging to my shop and takes items away from other customers. Please claim responsibly and keep track of your total as you go. I do understand that things come up though so I allow 1 put back if absolutely needed. All put backs MUST be made by Saturday night (after that, they will no longer be allowed). 

Q: How long until my order ships?
A: anywhere from 1-5 weeks. I'm only one person packing anywhere from 200+ orders alone while also balancing college classes💕 I appreciate everyone's patience with me! :) I do offer 1-2 day processing for an extra fee. Find the listing labeled "Rush My Order" and add it to your cart for 1-2 day processing :)

Q: When will your next livesale be? 
A: I normally do livesales about once a month! I typically do them the second or third Friday/Saturday of each month 

Q: Do you take payment plans?

Q: Oh no! I missed your live on Friday, when is the next one?
A: I always do 2 part livesales in case you miss one of the days 💕 I do the first part on Friday at 4pm PST and the second part on Saturday at 4pm PST

Q: Can I hold off on paying my livesale listing? 
A: Depending on the circumstances, holds may be granted. Remember, holds are the exception, not the expectation. if you set a date to pay you must uphold that agreement or risk breaking my trust + being blocked :( I do lives once a month so please take this time to save up for the live or refrain from claiming if you do not have the funds. Anyone who asks for a hold and exceeds the time frame without communication will be blocked and reported for ghosting!
