Refund policy

Return Policy: Your order is only eligible for cancelation/refund before it is sent out. After the order is processed and sent out, it can no longer be canceled or returned.

This does NOT apply to Open Boxes. If you start an Open Box, your order is no longer eligible for cancelation and must be committed to. This is due to the time, space, and resources required to store your order till you decide to have it shipped out
